Tooth roots & sinus floor

In 2005 I had teeth # 15 and 16 (upper left) pulled which opened holes in the sinus floor. By now all the experts say I am healed and I've had CT and x-rays and they all say "normal" Yet I am still plagued by recurring pain between tooth 14 and 15's empty socket. The dentist who did 15 extraction debreded it to prevent cavitation, yet the sinus floor was open when he did this. I believe the area has a low grade problem the last 4 years (facial steamer really helps) I believe from x-rays that tooth 14 has roots into the sinus floor or close too. They've tested 14 and it's fine but it feels like a toothache most of the time.
Do ENTs use a fiber optic mini camera to go in and look at the sinus floor? I've been told a Neti pot with homeopathics will help heal it but want to make sure the liquid would reach the sinus floor area. It's a tiny but difficult to reach problem....but it hurts like heck. (Feels like I was punched most of the time...even after 4 years)
