Serious teeth and gum problem... please help?

My friend has been struggling for years with bad teeth and gums. Lots of pain for all are loose and his meals are almost liquid at this point. He is 58, good health otherwise. Today he doesn't look well and tells me his gums have developed scabs and his whole mouth feels like it is on fire plus a little swelling in right jaw with throbbing pain. Whatever you suggest, it will have to be nearly free for us to act on it. Cannot go to emergency room .... there is just no money here for anything. Please help. Tweet
