When I was watching it and they did that study about how the famine of the grandparents affected their grandchildren, I thought the outcome was going to be an increased ability of the grandchildren to live off of less food, or something simplistic like that (not really). So I thought the purpose of DNA changes was to adapt for the purpose of human survival.
But then the end of the documentary came with no evidence of positive genetic changes. I thought it would be a sort of evolution type thing.
But your response was encouraging if we can repair damaged DNA. I have hope once more.
