Not meaning to steal the thread but I was wondering...

How does the Female Formula compare to Dr Christopher's "Nu Fem"? I was reading that nu fem seemed to work very well for heavy bleeding, "flooding" is the term Dr Christopher used. My period has been coming every 11 days and lasts for 5 days. The nu fem seems like it would address this, but I wonder if the FF would be as good? Tweet
