Re: Bones by MH

Speaking of bones just an hour or so ago I slammed a 8 foot 2x4 into my knee pretty hard. It hurt like the dickens but I can still walk on it so my bones must be OK. I think you are right about stomach acids but the paradox is that *plant* acids seem to be fine for the body and really what the body was designed to eat. Most fruits have some plant acids in them. This summer I munched on a friend's ginko tree every now and then and the leaves had a slight acidic taste.

The book 'folk medicine' explains that its the thyroid that needs iodine and that when the thyroid has adaquit Iodine it is capable of killing the bad bacteria in the blood stream. He too said that Iodine was the # most important mineral for the human body. It also said that Chlorine, being in the same chemical group as Iodine, has a tendency to displace Iodine in the body. But then again the same author promoted lugols. So I'm not sure whether inorganic chlorine would displace organic iodine. Regardless it seems that our water supplies - an essential part of life - has been heavily tampered with and polluted. But I guess its to be expected when a bunch of crooks hell bent on de-population rule the world.
