Based on my own experiences, as someone with parasites AND liver congestion who has done HW several cleanses now, I say do the liver cleanse, then the HW cleanse. I recently did the liver cleanse for the first time, and though it was very very difficult to get through, the results were amazing. I am more "regular" than I can ever remember being! And if your liver is as congested as mine, it may take you 3 weeks to get through the liver cleanse anyway. I think my results were so great because I took it slow, did it right, and didn't push anything too much. RG may have better advice, but this is mine! Tweet
