cancer patient in Philippines

I'm communicating with a divorced mom of three in Manila. She is taking Alive Mega Nutritionals for breast cancer.
She said it stopped her sister's discharge from her breast cancer, but she herself can't afford four blister packs of AMN a month.
Two questions: how much is AMN going to help her? seems to me to be an okay support, but not the answer to cancer.
what's the best most affordable thing you know of that could help her heal from cancer and the treatments she's had already? she can't plant anything, she's surrounded by cement.
I've thought of barley from Green Supreme, or Essiac and bloodroot, for cost and effectiveness.
