Unfortunately, mainstream science will never accept any of these things even if they could be true. Many people will remain skeptical relying on the position of the scientific establishment.
I think part of the the problem begins in the way materialistic science is defined. It seeks only natural causeations and automatically disqualifies any inference to the supernatural or any unique action from a supernatural intelligence.
Naturally this position science now holds attracts the interests of those who tend to gravitate toward naturalism or atheism. In other words, this attracts new students of science into the field and they hold this same view held by science. They don't wish to challenge the status quo and I cannot rule out if they actually encountered evidence pointing toward the supernatual, they wouldn't report it or even possibly destroy it.
If I had realized that biology and other branches of science had room for an intelligent designer, my life may have been very different than the one I have now.
