All we want for Christmas

Besides joy and good health to all our friends, all we want for Christmas is WEBSITE TRAFFIC!  That truly is our lifeline and we have really had a decline in traffic while we have been re-formatting and re-organizing our website.  It didn't help that I made a goof that resulted in thousands of changes being needed to hundreds of pages - often on a page by page basis!  So, updating has been running behind and many of our pages have been either a bit garbled or a lot garbled (arrrghhh!).  And there are only two of us and only so much time.

Anyway, if you could, please take a visit or two or three to our website.  We have added several articles and updates now (and are still doing repairs and changes).  If you see anything you like, share it with your friends.  You don't have to buy a thing or click on any ads (though it helps when that happens) just visit.  Please!

That is our baby and a true labor of love.  Sure we try to help support ourselves with affiliate links and the Google Ads, but what our site is all about is helping people live longer, healthier and happier lives without getting trapped into a lifetime of mainstream medicine managed illness.  That is what WE are about.  And be on the lookout for lots of changes in the coming months - many of which will also appear here.  We have a lot planned for you!
