Avoiding sweet fruits and vegetables and yeast breads is great to slow Candida but to whack it out, get some Undecylenic Acid, or Caprylic Acid, though the latter is less potent but more easily found. Candida cannot live on Erythritol, which doesn't cause diarrhea as can a large amount of Xylitol, another bug killing 5-carbon sugar. Banana Sugar does not promote Candida growth. Blessings!
