Dr Fuhrman does of course sell DHA, and this may influence his decision. That message of mine is 8 months old, I have learned a lot since then. Since doing the Cornell course, and since about 3 months ago, I decided to go without supplements.
Dr Shelton's health was poor, and he died of Alzheimer's 24 years ago http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_shelton,
so it does not seem as if his DHA supplements helped with his Alzheimers, contrary to what Dr Fuhrman suggested in his newsletter that you quoted me on.
It's entirely up to people to make their own mind up on supplements.
