I saw the "R" perhaps that will help someone who needs to see it do so.

I have adjusted to the ebooks, although I still prefer a hard copy. I just was very anxious to begin the sample protocol, so I downloaded it and the labels. In the same day I was able to start the sample protocol and it was beneficial as my test revealed. We ordered a hard copy right away also. If you consider the label and ebook price as compared to the pre-printed labels you still have spent less, at least that was my reasoning.

I am not aware of his holiday schedule, so it could be he is out of town but that is speculation.

There is a good overview of the Hawkins scale and how it is connected to SEM in Stephens book. I think the assessment may be talked about in the book but I emailed and asked him. His phone number is on the assessment I now realize, not on the site.
