Lung Cleanse

RG, I am seeing some threads of blood in what I am coughing up from my lungs. Some thicker brownish mucus sometimes too, but the blood I've seen has come up in otherwise clear mucus. These are lungs that have smoked most all of 30 years ... Lungs that will never smoke again.

Also, I lost my instructions for the lung cleanser... How much water should I be drinking?
