query about my Chiropractor & CBP treatment

I wanted to know your thoughts on my chiro treatment so far. I have had 9 adjustments, i still have a tension in the neck around the atlas region on the left side. My neck adjustments dont seem to hold for too long. She seems reluctant to work on the atlas area much
What she has recommended as further treatment is CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics). It combines standard chiropractic joint adjustments with mirror image postural adjustments, mirror image spinal/postural exercise, and traction to achieve postural correction, to move the spine and neck closer to the 'ideal' positioning.
My xrays did show that my neck was too far forward and my back curvature is not far forward enough. She says that very few chiros offer this kind of specialised treatment.
Any thoughts on this? I have no idea if this sort of treatment is any more effective than traditional chiro adjustments. If there is a good chance it will help my vertigo and neck pain/migraines then I'll be happy to try it, unless there are risks involved
