Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced experienced traditional chinese Acupuncturist in Toronto?

I am in Toronto and looking for a good acupuncturist. My friend in US had sciatica pain and with 3 treatments from a traditional non English speaking Chinese acupuncturist her pain went away. I have neck, shoulder, upper and low back and thigh pain, all on the left side. Several Chiropractic treatments have not helped. In fact my upper back problem started with the chiropractor when he tried to give me left hip adjustment. I am tired of going to the chiropractor.

I am posting on chiropractic forum as well in the event someone from Toronto has had good results with an acupuncturist.

My health plan (which is not much) will not cover an acupuncturist unless he/she is also a licensed chiropractor or a massage therapist (and how many traditional Chinese acupuncturist have either of this?).
