Thanks, I have a lot to look into. But the Science currently points to plant based as being optimum diet, I am aware of raw claims and will try that one day probably, I am sure there is a lot in it, but I know of no good quality Science that supports it as being favourable to cooked. By Science I mean good quality peer reviewed research, such as Dr Campbell provided in the China Study book. Dr McDougall also speaks from many years of clinical practice, and has a list of people's testimonies on his website.
As this type of plant based eating can reverse cancer, heart diesease, diabetes etc, and does all sorts of other things, the forum aims will be concentrate on this.
