Sorry T2, missed you yesterday, to your question, no I'm fine thanks. We both appear to have similar views and ways to stabilise our BPs, and without BP monitor I don't believe it would have been possible, and I agree the monitor appears to be the "key" as you call it.
One must be patient with the "process of elimination" but by George it works.
If or when I feel a bit low in myself I just add a little carbo's in my diet, dark chocolate is a good "fix" also, but one must eat only what's necessary otherwise it becomes another problem like weight or even diabetic 2, thanks so much.
