Re: Why not just EAT/DRINK the vitamin C?
sorry, I've no idea of the numbers..but since it is a whole food, so to speak, and I'm sure we do not yet know nearly what all is in there, ( and I'm willing to leave the details up to Source) i'm just seeing it as a good way to enjoy the synergy that's in the white and the peel. Add it toio other things...a way to make it keep.
I tend to go more and more by 'feel' these days. After years of researching all things health and wholeness according to the way they present; that is, mostly in parts and pieces, here a piece, there a piece, everywhere a piece of a piece, I'm simplifying everything. and fiding it really IS so much simpler than all my file folders would suggest.

In terms of using the peel fresh--yes, that's really nice in
freshyly made juice. carrot, celery, beet, paresely or cilantro greens, 1/2 whole lemon and green onion (the key!) is a favorite of mine.
best, Chiron
