Beetroot and beets in Candida Diet?

Hello Dr. McCombs :

What is your opinion about beetroot, beet and radishes in Candida diet?

If I grate a beetroot with cabbage and some leafy green vegetable... it's a good example of winter salad...

The beetroot have a little more sugar than most vegetables? I think when it is eaten raw it is highly beneficial... What do you think?

Is there difference between beet, beetroot and sugar beet?

Can we use it in the salads? Is there high amounts of sugar?
Can I go wrong with beets? I talk about winter red beet that is 7-8 grams of simple vegetable sugar? There is difference between sugar beet? I don't want to make any mistakes. I'm confused...

All the best
