Re: Hydrotherapy with a hot-tub and a swimming pool

What's the best way to go about doing hydrotherapy with a bromine-disinfected hot-tub
I HAVE NEVER USED BROMINE...IF YOU CAN DRINK IT, YOUR OK, IF YOU CAN'T DRINK IT, THEN YOUR DRINKING IT ANYWAY..

and an outdoor underground salt-disinfected swimming-pool?
SAME AS ABOVE

It's very cold outside, so the pool water is probably around 48 F, and the hot-tub can be adjusted.
GET IN HOT TUB UNTIL SWEATING, THEN JUMP IN OUTDOOR WATER UNTIL COOL, THEN GET BACK IN HOT TUB, DO THIS 3 X AND IT WILL THEN BECOME EASY.... I HAVE DONE 100 DEGREES DIFFERANCE WITH NO PROBLEMS... 103 DEGREE HOT AND ZERO OUTDOOR TEMP.......AND WET AND JUST SWIMMING TRUNKS ON.

I'd like to jump in completely and get the water over my head.
KEEP HEAD ABOVE WATER UNLESS YOUR A PRO.

I hope I do not pass out from shock or something.
TAKE YOUR TIME...

This should be very intense. I have access to these facilities just for a few days. Is it OK to do it day after day for as long as my body feels up to it?
DAY AFTER DAY IF YOU SO DESIRE.....AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE WARM WATER, YOU WILL FEEL SAFE.
