The Big Brother Census of 2010.....what databases will you end up on?

I just put this on the Conspiracy forum, but I think it's very appropriate for all who plan to be able to hide from Big Brother.



The census has always LEGALLY been used for The Census Bureau ONLY, but this year Obama has hijacked the census so that the results will go to the White House before the data is used. Politicians object because of "apportionment" and claim that the purpose is to manipulate elections.

This year, GPS units are being used and the questions are very intrusive (some questions resemble a resume).

Acorn will be involved in the collection of data, so the security of such personal information is another consideration (can the Freedom of Information Act protect confidentiality?). Constitutionally, there should be a reasonable protection from the fines that will be imposed for not filling out the form....

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
