Nocturnal Enuresis

I'm 37,and ever since I was 20-21,I have had occasional Nocturnal Enuresis.My BUN,Creatine and eGFR Tests are normal.Nocturnal Enuresis is considered a Parasomnia.A Parasomnia is a disruptive sleep-related disorder that can occur during arousals from REM sleep or partial arousals from Non-REM sleep.It is classed as Primary,or Secondary.Mine is secondary,because I have relapses after previously having been able to have Urinary control.I need to see a Gynourologist who specializes in Female Urinary issues,or perhaps a sleep Disorders Doctor for a sleep study.There is NO way my GP will refer and possibly my Insurance won't pay.It is getting old,is humiliating and embarrassing!
