Sick!

I'm in the middle of day six and feel so so sick. My head is splitting and had a bowel movement which was so bad smelling! Everything was fine until now. Can't sleep and feel like vomiting. My heart is also pounding in my ears. What a terrible day. How long will this last? Can't remember ever feeling this bad. I'm praying it will so pass. Thanks fo listening,I feel like a big baby!
