low sodium/potassium

Adrenals regulate sodium/potassium. Both are low on the hair analysis test, but also had already been found low on an EPFX scan. I've known Adrenals are a problem (saliva test too). Affected by metals.

I was going to ask how much potassium is too much (via supplements), but found my own answer. I don't know if Potassium Iodide means I'm also getting potassium there too? The ND had put me on a Potassium supplement that I thought was too much (300 mg 2x day). Doesn't the RDA below sound like alot?? Pretty hard to get the needed nutrients from foods :(

For adrenals, sodium (sea salt) is also taken with ascorbic acid 2x a day, potassium taken seperately (ran out of the potassium chloride, no-salt for the "Miracle Adrenal Mix").

From Newport:
>>But as I have written several times the Miracle Adrenal Mix works best during heavy metal dumps. Of course you still must have the tools to move the metal out of the blood...
