I was wondering the same~~ :)

Oh how I wish I had a snapshot of
my Grandmother handy to share.
I will look just like her when
I grow older. She had long silver
braids she would make up fresh
each morning after brushing her
long hair and looking like an
ancient angel. Countless times I
basked in her aura and watched
her mix love into her baking and
count the minutes until all was
cool enough that she would feed
her love to us.

If that is your Grandmother Chris,
did she made videos of her baking
and are they available??

When I was in the forest service
we lived not too far from a Slovenian
community. We had no problem finding
a couple of favorite ethnic restaurants.
I loved it but probably gained ten pounds
indulging in the eating of pastries that
were linked to memories of my own grandmother
making and serving them...

Still, what I would not give for
a slice this morning with my fresh
brewed Costa Rican...okay, two...ggg.
