Primal Diet and Liver Cleanse

Recently I've started adapting to Aajonus Vonderplanitz's 'primal diet'. Interestingly, for three days I had very big stools that consisted of yellow 'stones' lumped together. They were very hard and looked like what I had previously gotten from liver flushes, except they were not greenish. Sadly I forgot to take photos... After that my stools have been coming easily and painlessly.
