The oils in the middle eastern stores are much more reasonably priced than they are in groceries... and the bulk of the oil that they carry.

I have also found that they can have a much richer color, smell, and flavor... than the majority of those found in a typical grocery, including whole foods.

Perhaps in part, because the olive oil has been such a foundational staple for so long in the countries that they come from.
