Lecithin is the best for brain fog and if you can't afford lechitin take 1/4 cup of cold pressed olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon before sleeping.

Turmeric and ginger are also good.

Rosemary is great for brain fog. 2 cups of tea a day. Brain fog lifted in one month.

Cayenne and garlic fabulous for brain fog.

1/2 t. of cayenne in a glass of water daily. 3-4 cloves of garlic daily.

Ginkgo and Ginseng. 60 percent ginkgo and 40 percent ginseng ideal combination according to one study.
