just finished liver cleanse

I just finished a livercleanse one hour ago.It works but
it was awfull...the Epsom Salt made me want to vomit, and I fell asleep and took the aweful, gag, olive oil/grapefruit 45 minutes late. anyway,some success.. about 100 pea green and tan stones came out and a lot of chaff.Some of the stones were about twice the size of greenpeas,7 or 8 were bigger.
I will probably feel better in a couple of hours. I don't like that you have to fast 6 hours before the Hulda Clark cleanse.
still,i am glad i did NON INVASIVE -NO CUTTING gallbladder surgury on myself and got 100 plus stones out. I got about 250
stones out on my first cleanse a few months ago,but the oil and
Epsom Salt made me so nauseousI dreaded doing a second cleanse.

Dr Clark says you have to get out 2000 stones to really clean the liver and gallbladder. I got 350 -400 stones out total so far with 2 cleanses and clarks liver tea. That means 2-4 more Liver Flushes may be needed...dread...gag..
I would rather do Liver Flushes over gallbladder surgury anyday.
And as yucky as the salt and oil taste,they do the job.

Taking honey while downing the salt and oil helps.
A ton of back and shoulder pain dissappeared a day or so after the first cleanse and my energy shot way up.

The cleanses are no fun, but when you look at those ugly stones and realized you removed them without surgury in 12-24 hours,it makes it very viable and worth while.

MD's are miseducated in medschool, know nothing about health and full of impacted feces themselves.
