You have given me much to ponder. I will at some point be better situated to spend more $$$$$$ on sprays and books and LBB and dewormer, but it may be true that while I have 8 amalgams still in my mouth all will be to no avail???
Perhaps it is true - perhaps. I do not look like a young college girl, but I also do not look my 56 years - am in immensely better shape than many of my contemporaries simply because I refuse to take PHARMAS for any reason. The last Antibiotic I will ever take was 5 years ago - got real sick right after. I have been a care giver of our Elderly since 2003 and wish to not decline with a meds list as lifestyle. I look in their pantries and know what is killing them. I try to find good food which is difficult these days. You may disagree with some items on my list, but the results are what interest me. If B-12 is deficient, how do propose to restore it without B-12??? And if DEAD FISH OILS are not good, what then???

And yes, colonoscopy is invasive - I will not submit to another. You mention distilled water and I have read about this controversy until I'm blind. I drink R.O. for over 4 years, plus DE recently. I stopped drinking milk 5 years ago. I found CZ 3 years ago and was overwhelmed with opinions and protocals. There are benefits to ALL and MUCH research has been necessary to find anything that was helpful. I may add LBB and dewormer eventually. I must say your philosophy in general is what I appreciate most - have learned from you and enjoy reading your posts for a long time from the background, but now I will be around here up front from time to time, when I'm not perusing all of CZ, but quite honsetly so far I have gotten some good results from Hv's suggestions and am open to the ideas of others as well. I learned about Oregano oil here, and credit a great amount of my current state of health to OO beginning 2007. I am interested in some pure OO if I live long enough or if the world is still spinning when I can buy some. And yes I have taken a lot of commercially available acidophilus, but prior to learning about kefir, etc. I really appreciate your response to my initial question regarding the crazy itchy scalp thing and will think about all you have said.
