Re: How effective are herbs in helping with flush?

I used Mrs Changs tinctures and they work wonderfully.
The only problem in my case is that I live in Brazil and it takes a looooong time to receive her herbs and due to freight it ends up costing too much. So i found a domestic alternative which was Chanka Piedra which corresponds to CGC(breaks stones) and Artichoke tincture which corresponds to Coptis or Chinese bitters(helps move the stagnant bile).

Mrs Changs products are very good and you can always get the phone and call her up to get more details. she is a sweetheart!
