Ok, thanks, I have found this bulk item for basic bowel cleansing, so 1 lb of Bentonite, nd 1/2 lb of psyllium cost about $12.00, that should last a year! Also, 1/2 lb of Cayanne Pepper real cheap, and Turmeric for Heart Health, might as well! about $25.00 for 2 lbs of stuff!

Charcoal also will such out vitamins and stuff, from what I have heard. The Clay based stuff is recommended for removing heavy metals, not sure charcoal does that! I will keep up dated on this! Anyway if you want to try it cheap, here is the site!
