I am sorry your mom did not get the results she expected & spent "tons" of money. Why did she not take advantage of the 90 day money-back guarantee, less S&H? Also, did she call Dr. Hellen or physicians with the company to see what the problem could be. I had to, because the only effect I noticed at first was a decrease in my excessive sleeping from 12-14 to 7-8 hours/night. I told Dr. Hellen this was NOT really a good thing since my constant fatigue & chronic pain from fibromyalgia/bursitis/headaches/sinusitis & IBS was still present.
She had me stop all herbal/vitamins/minerals/Noni & not see if I improved. I also increased to 2 scoops/day. Then, when I felt better I added back in one at a time & let my body tell me if I needed it. I take glucosamine, B vitamins & that is about it. Noni is too expensive & I did not feel anything. It is not rocket science...depending on how stressed your Immune System is decides the # of servings a person needs. It may be too much to afford, but even a lower dose is helping in ways you can't always feel. I do best with 2-3 & if I feel a cold or virus coming on I increase for a day...so far, so good. I am off all of my 16 pain meds per day, able to exercise (which had always made me feel worse) & I no longer obsess about my health & wish I had something fatal to just get it over with. Also, was she consistent, did she never mix it with hot liquids or leave it in the heat, did she follow a generally healthy lifestyle, does she have untreated sleep apnea (it can't replace sleep!), did she give it enough time, like 3 months?
