Re: Coconut vs Emu oil for Dandruff

Good advice as always. :) Fractionated coconut oil is okay, right?

I think I'll have to order those powders from overseas. I just can't find any of those adaptogen herbs anywhere. :(

Btw, Sweetish bitters by Gaia: how should I store it? . I'm gonna hit iHerb... thank goodness for the internet! ;) I might take this over powders cos I realised my sensitivity towards alcohol is only when I consume a whole TON of that stuff. 1 to 2 drops won't kill me. :p

And what is the amt of Flax seed oil i should take? I've psoriasis, eczema(possibly dermatitis), and read your posts about that. Going to get some 1000mg capsules from Now Foods. As long as it's "dark capsules" should be fine, no?

Also, if my shower gel has citric acid in it, is that a good thing?

1 more qn: if my skin is very thin and fragile, is there anything I can do to thicken it? :p Or is it "bitters" again? LOL!
