If you do the cleaning out programs on this forum, you might be able to cough it up. Doc used some H202 in water and was able to cough some stuff, so he says. I have no idea if that applies to asbestos. Barefoot has an herbal prep that helps the lungs. You might ask him about it.
I have no idea what the real answer is, or what you could use that would help.
