"The Perfect Time"...Re: ii - L-G Flush interruptus
I was reading some really inspiring stories on another website and two themes struck me: 1) Just start, and 2) be consistent. What struck me about the former was that I usually wait for everything to be "perfect" before I do anything. Well, I'll be waiting a long time, won't I? I end up procrastinating and nothing gets done.
You know the scene... I can't heal myself now because it's Christmas season and I have all this shopping to do. January- I can't heal because I have to pay off my credit cards. February- I can't heal because it's too cold. March- I can't heal because I have to get the garden in. April- I can't heal because I have to do my taxes. May- I can't heal because of all the end of year school activities. Now six months have gone by and I've just made myself worse. Plus I feel like a failure.
If you can't do the whole program, do some of it! Do what you CAN do! I mean, it's EASY to make a green smoothie. So just order some Superfood or make it yourself and start drinking smoothies! Getting that powerhouse nutrition in every day can make you feel good enough to maybe tackle something else.
It's easy to pop a cap or two of IF1 at dinner, and it's easy to stir a teaspoon or tablespoon of IF2 in a glass of water, chug it down, and follow with another glass of water. Tada! There's your ten glasses of water a day if you drink 5 IF2 shakes a day. And your bowels are getting a workout.
Maybe you can't do
coffee enemas every day. Could you do one on a weekend? Liver flushes? Piece of cake.
I guess you just have to have a strong enough reason "why" you want to get well, just like everything else. Think about this. Otherwise, you'll just sit there and read Curezone posts all night long while your life passes away.
I love you guys,
