i have had mine out for almost three months, I feel a huge difference and keep getting better, my cycle still has not returned but hopefully it will (never thought id want it to) but i think it will help my system return to normal, i still get "twitchy" when i am relaxing or sitting still or sleeping. like nerve spasms or something, and my left limbs still go tingly, such weird things! my energy has gone up, just cant wait to feel 100%, good luck with it, i was glad to find it wasnt just me with these strange stories of the horrid mirena
