You know what? I saw your original message, I don't agree with everything said about water fasting, but your message takes the biscuit. You were going on about pretty dreadful images of starving people if I remember, and said someone couldn't last longer than a week on a fast before they die. Well, it just so happens that I fasted for 27 days, and I am not dead yet.
