Spine healing with "The Work"

I wanted to share something that happened yesterday.

I was working with someone on becoming aware of their core stressful beliefs ... and the biggest one that came up was "The Universe doesn't support me"

I facilitated "The Work" as taught by Byron Katie (www.thework.org - you can access free downloads) and the release of this was so wonderful that the lady literally beamed.

This morning, I received a call from the lady telling me that the spinal misalignment in her lower back had corrected itself overnight. Apparently, she had had this problem for over 2 years and chiropractors had been unable to help.

The body always follows the mind. My sense of this is that when there's a blockage, it only means a lack of flow. Flow is when energy runs smoothly. The body needs energy to correct and regenerate itself. Any emotional baggage eventually manifests into some form of physical blockage.

What I love is that the body always remembers its divine blueprint. We only have to restore the correct energy flow and then allow the body to do what it knows best.
