i agree. both are needed. juicing is for healing which we all need to do periodically. its nice to have a cellery spinach kale cucumber juice for example in the morning without the pulp. blending is also a way of processing and oxidizing food. so it is important to have green smoothies but once one is healthy chewing is far more superior :)
you wont make a mistake with either one.
plus you can alaways buy a nut milk bag and strain the green smoothie
