Went to my favorite dream site and found this:

Motorcycle

To see or ride a motorcycle in your dream, symbolizes your desire for freedom and need for adventure. You may be trying to escape from some situation or some other responsibility in your waking life. Alternatively, a motorcycle is also symbolic of raw sexuality.

To me it seems that while you are out in the country (in nature or more natural setting)you are just enjoying the ride. It is only when the traffic (other people) appear
that your problems start. Then the policemen (authority figure) take your bike.
The ending of your dream seems to point in a sexual direction,
so I'll just shut up. :)
