There's something that organ meat is high in that is supposed to signify a deficiency if we get too many grey hairs; I think it was copper...?

All I know is that my mother-in-law (82) loves beef liver and onions, does NOT color her hair, and only started getting grey when her doctor told her to quit eating organ meat because of whatever drug he has her taking.
