Have you ever had this happen?

I suspect I have sleep apnea. If you have it have you ever had this weird thing happen? You're sleep, then all of a sudden a weird sensation in your head almost like a sudden jerk wakes you wide from the middle of sleep. It is a very weird and almost scary like waking. It seems that your head is either jerking or creating funny sensations. I read somewhere that this is the brain alerting you to wake up and restart the breathing since you stop breathing with sleep apnea. Tweet
