I always get more out with that one than The Clark Flush . It's basically less Olive-Oil and you get to eat cream+berries for dinner. You'd have to search for that protocol.


If you're going to drink ACV, buy 100% Apple Juice. It mixes well with Apple Juice and you can get more down. I got some huge clusters of stones out the last time I went on an ACV binge.
