The Amazing Coffee Enema

Wow. I can't help but be amazed at what a coffee enema flushes out.

I did one on two consecutive days.

On day one. After a clearing BM that morning, followed the day with SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (turns out I wasn't completely clear at that point) and aimed for an evening CE. Early evening one Liver Flush dose of ES and did the Coffee-Enema around 10:30pm (by that time was eliminating virtually clear. Let me say that again, I was eliminating clear) and a rinsing SW enema about an hour later (with the ususal new stuff coming out.)

Waited until morning to do a follow-up SWF, and as expected got a LOT more stuff out. CERTAINLY I had to be cleaned out then. But, Noooo. Targeted another afternoon CE. Prior to that did an Apple cider vinegar enema with a following rinse. Another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and later another dose of ES.

Clear, Clear, Clear by the time I got to the coffee.
There was virtually no settled sedimentation in my coffee solution, but as usual, the eliminated coffee produced a lot more stuff. Can't see it with all the coffee in the initial elimination. I waited an hour and did a 2 quart SW enema and just so much more comes out. I finally followed with another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) ... and more stuff. Amazing, just amazing. Tweet
