Now that is "true love" (5 years worth).
A Vietnamese man reportedly dug up his wife's corpse and slept beside it for five years, according to Reuters .
Le Van, 55, who is from a small town in the central province of Quang Nam, told Vietnamnet.vn that he slept beside his dead wife because "he wanted to hug her."
He told the online newspaper that after his wife died in 2003 he slept on top of her grave. But after about 20 months he said he was worried about rain, wind and cold, so he dug a tunnel into the grave.
When his children found out what he was doing they made him stop, but that didn't deter Van. He then decided to dig up his wife's remains, molded clay around them to give them the figure of a woman, put clothes on her and then placed her in his bed, Vietnamnet reported.
Van, a father of seven, said neighbors did not dare visit the house for several years. "I'm a person that does things differently. I'm not like normal people," he told Vietnamnet.
Earlier this month, police in Louisville, Ky., alleged that a 52-year-old man was living in a home with the corpse of his dead mother for several months
