Re: I want to take less Epsom on my next Flush

I just finished my 4th dose. Pretty nasty stuff but I didn't get sick this time. I also didn't get any stones out for the 2nd time I have tried it. There is a cleanse on one of those lists that doesn't include Epsom Salt at all. I think I shall try that next time, as you may also wish to. I'm not sure of the success rating of that particular one, but i'm batting 0.00 so I'd rather give that a try anyways.
