 Electrolysis of water does not generate OH as incorrectly stated by Hveragerthi but rather Hydroxyl ions. OH-

The problem with your statement is that you totally ignored the topic.  The topic was in reference to Kangen water, which is produced by electrolysis of MINERALIZED water.  This leads to the formation of hydroxides (OH). For example calcium hydroxide (CaOH), magnesium hydroxide (MgOH), etc.  So my statement was not incorrect if you pay attention to the whole statement and not take it out of context.
