I'm in my mid 40's and have a couple disks that are problematic but not debilitating. I've just got to watch what I pick up and move around or it gets uncomfortable.
My diet is not great but it doesn't include white sugar or white flour or much dairy outside of goat milk and my wife has started our family on green (mostly spinach) smoothies and some other fruit & vegi drinks. I hope that's a good start.
As for BF&C compared to the Complete tissue formula. Is the Complete tissue Formula any good without the comfrey?
What results did your mother have with your efforts and how much more BF&C would you give her today compared to the 5 caps 4 times a day in the past?
