 Metabolic processes are acid forming.

What about the breakdown of amino acids in to alkaline ammonia? What about breathing which reduces acidic carbonic acid? What about the production of bicarbonate? These are just a few of the metabolic processes that are alkaline.

Since the first sentence was bogus it says a lot about the rest of the post.
